Suns- VFL

Post by Fred »

See the Suns finished top of the ladder in the VFL (stupid name for the league) and won their first final against the Lions to go into the preliminary - where they got to last year. Have a much stronger team this year and am thinking they should be able to make the grand final which would be at Heritage Bank Stadium on the Gold Coast. Having both Suns and Lions in the finals again this year is a good sign for football in the state I feel - especially two years running. Think it also bodes well for the Suns senior team going forward with such a strong depth in talent.
