On the first point - I never heard anything about a buy 1 get one free. Not saying there wasn’t but I’m on their social media and have their app - and get their emails - not one mention or promo for this - maybe it was a woeful promo offer with a product or something. Not that there is anything wrong in doing so though I feel. I was told tonight you got to get free tickets to the Brincos last three games as part of some promo for next years membership ?

On the second point - LeRoy is correct - all those games had strong opposition support - with Geelong”s game the biggest percentage of all three games. I’d almost go as far as 80 percent - maybe 85 percent Geelong. But again, like me, many of those would support the suns also - as noted by the people in Geelong colours at the afl game members function.

Yeah the Buy one get one free was a promotion to celebrate 20k members and last home game of the season
It lasted 72 hours the offer. (i actually tried to look it up again) but no luck finding it (i guess you will just have to take my word for it lol)

suns played two games in NT against demons and kangas which were not added to suns average on GC
and were attended poorly at both.. they would of been attended poorly on the GC as well.

also as you already know and freddy stating it number of times.

3 highest attendances for the SUNS were against

and all 3 were heavily dominated by away teams.. (boosting the average)

So the statement of SUNS are not popular or not cared much for are quite true considering...

it is only fact that crowds go up if your a winning team in Australian sports

if a team is coming last and will get the spoon and averages 13k one season.

do you not think if that same team finished in top 4 that would increase by a fair margin ???
