Hahahaha!! It's smoke and mirrors to talk about smoke and mirrors. Very poor point from you in my opinion.
Stock exchange rates your opinion at $0.01. Especially on the back of that BS you spouted to Quolls.

Haha! You can have your own BS pal. You can't have your own facts. Have a great day!!
You gave an opinion, not a fact. The journalist gave an opinion as well, not a fact. I gave an opinion, not a fact. You want to talk about facts? Prove your claims or just admit it was your opinion alone.

It's a fact Gilty's new broadcast deal will comprise contra advertising. It's a fact he will not disclose the amount of such contra. It's a fact he will announce a new deal combining actual cash and stated contra. It's a fact we will never know the actual breakdown. It's a fact he will do this to make the deal look better than it actually is.

Stick them facts in ya pipe and smoke 'em pal loolololol!!!!!

No, it's a journalist's opinion - not a fact. And that's all your opinion as well. You don't know and you can not know. THAT is a fact.

And with the above ofc comes Ch 7's reaction to losing those non vic markets exclusively ,
they won't be outraged , they're a business like foxtel & the aflol so would understand things change to suit the times but.. but.. they will not offer the aflol the money they presently are & this offsets somewhat the gains that will be paid by foxtel.

I have no doubt the following has occured ....
the aflol has asked
Ch 7 what do we get with the status quo
what do we get with the non vic teams no longer covered exclusively in their home markets
what do we get with the above , but.. regular thursdays , night GF's etc

they got 3 answers to those questions

Same first 2 questions to foxtel

summary , the aflol has suspended negotiations on this deal because ,
I'd assume the answers to all the above have ended up in a total amount not to the aflol's satisfaction.

They'd of had a goal at the start for an amount , & its not close.
oh dear
The aFL hasnt suspended negotiations lol

Let's just make one thing clear. The AFL must provide FTA access to all it's games. They have no choice. We have anti-siphoning that prohibit that sort of thing. So there will be no exclusive arrangements for Foxtel or any streaming service.
:hmm:

     :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/

more complete ignorance from a fumbler
having no idea how the anti - syphoning legislation works
why would anyone be surprised

the laws don't relate to individual states
they're federal laws

as long as minimum quotas are met , the legislation is satisfied
so if the aflol is serious & wants more $$ at the expense of their veiwers outside of vic
then foxtel WILL get exclusive games involving teams from those states & they WONT be on FTA

enjoy

It's called proving that I actually live a life and see important people. Now that is a fact!!! A real fact!!!

And it matters in the context we are presently in.
