I watched the Game,

Was ok, nothing epic ... helped that it was close,

I thought St Helens were the better team 1st half
and Catalans in the 2nd.

was close, and some tough calls.

would of loved if the French Team won.

would do wonders..

the French Team Catalans got huge media exposure for this game in there home country..

It'd be great to have a strong French national team. Can't see it happening any time soon though. Maybe in a decade or so if both Catalans and Toulouse are successful in Super League.

Yeah there is. I was over there a few years ago and was surprised at the level of support for Catalan dragons. Even in places like Carcassone, which is 120km from Perpignan, all the bars were full with supporters watching the Dragons in the Challenge Cup final.

Problem is they're still way behind Rugby and Soccer and most places where RL is played are small regional towns. Continued success in the Super League, TV coverage and good management could turn it around though.

quite true, the level of support they had in Barcelona 30k to a game shows how big Catalans can be.

I really hope France get there WORLD CUP 2025

but to be really good France may need another 10 years or so like you said

Yeah is definitely good for the game to have strong French clubs.
