But the NRL ahead by a lot less , about 100K
But wookie says its 323K

so lets go with that

Do people think Melbourne being out will impact nrl numbers? Counterbalanced by having free air though so…..

of course it'll be impacted

the NRL GF won't rate as high in Melb with the Storm not there. Probs would have got 600K with em , & 400K without em.
That will be made up tho by Sydney & the regionals with lockdown & then some etc.
Souths being in is a huge bonus & they will attract extra eyeballs across the nation being the codes oldest club & the nations most successful sporting team chasing their 22nd title.

If it was Souths V Melb it would have cracked 4 million on its ear

maybe, though it has been about speeding the game up in recent years, not slowing it down..

As long as FTA remains the big source of viewers across Australia.

Depends, you will miss the big numbers out of Victoria.
but at the same time people will get to watch a GRAND FINAL not involving the Storm.
which fans will rejoice.

NSW numbers will be quite interesting.

Maybe the higher ratings for both codes was due to lockdown (a rational thinking person would think so). And even then wasn't your grand the best in only a number of years? when you would have no doubt had a Saturday afternoon GF.

surprised there has not been a media release for NRL finals on fox streaming yet..
