Where are these 'members'? Who are they? If the top regions in NSW come to only 4.7k how can the rest of NSW possibly have 13.3k??????? This is just bald faced lying. How the hell someone in the media doesn't pick this up is beyond me. Dr Goebbels would be proud of these numbers!!!!!!
NSW population is 7.544m
The top regions have 1.329m for 4.7k members at 0.35%.
That leaves 6.215m to account for the 13.3k balance at 0.21%
Sounds reasonable.

Ummmmm pal, you might have to use some common sense here. Are you capable of that??? They listed their 'top regions'. Meaning they are the areas that have the most 'members' in the state. The lowest of the 'top regions' had just over 400 'members'. That means any other region had less than that.
So they have actually shown where less than half of their 'members' live. And that is in regions where they are most 'popular'. So they are asking people to believe they have more 'members' in less popular regions than in their top regions. And massively so!!!!!!! Can you see something not quite right here???? Something that doesn't add up????? Anything that just doesn't make sense????????

It's mind boggling that no matter what evidence is shown they still can't accept it .
I read on one site that they probabaly added the women's free members to the total
Prob pets.
There's something very wrong about those numbers & the poor crowds with half or more of away supporters show that the numbers are utter crap

That's correct pal......but it matters because the truth matters. They try to sell the club by saying they have the 4th biggest membership of any sporting team in Sydney. It's bald faced lying but some morons actually believe it.

not a bad crowd at the giants given there would be a small number of saints fans there. Puts the NRL to shame in their own heartland after last nights shocker with 2 local NRL clubs

I punched those figures into my calculator, SportsCapital is spot on.
Giants claims of 25000 are reasonable when you factor 6.215 mill for the other 13.3 k members.
I hope this will eventually lead to better crowds at spotless, an average crowd around the 20000 mark would be a good figure to aim for in the next few years.
