the point of T20 cricket was to appeal to people who found the traditional form too long and too slow. Many traditional cricket fans hate it. Many traditional AFL fans will hate AFLX because it's too free scoring with little to no defence.

How will you every know what they honestly believed would be the result unless they told you before hand. There wasnt exactly alot of promotion that went into the events, in Vic there was next to nothing. It maybe just a condition in their broadcasting contract to try it. It may have exceeded their expectations unless you can prove otherwise your just speculating.

Oh dear....the fumblers are truly laughable. Last year they all said the ladies mess just appeared on the scene and took off. No one expected it....not even fumblehouse. This despite intelligent commentators saying they had never seen such a well coordinated promotion and marketing campaign for ladies sport in this country ever before.
Now the same fumblers are saying the ladies mess has fallen off a cliff this year because....yep.......fumblehouse didn't promote it as much a last year.....because....yep.......they put their resources into the freak show lolololololo.

Again I qualified what I said in Vic (22500 attended) where there was very little, I cant speak for NSW who got 9892 attend but unless you can show me evidence of this "huge promotion" i'll go with what ive seen.

besides the shade,
even for Rugby League or Union matches at SFS
camera side of Grand stand is always more packed then the other side.
