Bahahahahahaha then usual chest beating from the league loons then will be followed by the but buts!

C9 scheduled the fixture to maximise ratings, not the nrlol has apparently taken over with their schedule the ratings will magically rise :(/

The missing link gets more stupid by the day. Why would we but, but but ya dill. We won the ratings battle this year. We won last year. We'll win next year. We win every year.

The but, but, but's are for you and your padded cell mates to explain your repeated ratings mauling's.

Out into the savannah for your pal. There's woolly mammoths to be slain lolololololololol.
Why is it head to head the afl wins easily nearly every time fruit lolololololoop terry

C9 runs the schedule to maximise ratings and you still lost to the afl! Now apparently the nrlol has taken over ratings are going to magically improve!

Bahahahahahaha
I would be surprised if AFL has ever won ratings in NSW and Qld going head to head with NRL.

More crazy rants from the Southern soft banana football fans.

No deflection at all
The most watched football code is RL
With less games .
Less teams & no home viewer ratings from an overseas team .
Lol
Facts ..try using them sometime .
nrlol gets flogged nearly every occasion head to head and when shown in isolation :)))
if only the AFL ran a fixture like the NRLOL and c9 did

Quit the deflection caption and just try and answer what I’ve been asking?

Well done putting your hand up as links mate

Most wouldn't confess to that
But alas
It's not always about you

I was referring to the debate I was having with NRLOL.

He had a bit of trouble with the points I raised ..

But if you feel left out then play with link awhile .

No way. I predict a huge drop next year.
forgetting that the NRL have 5 more Thursday Nigh timeslots>> 18 to 23 games
also the 5 Saturday FTA is back from round 20 - 25 which can only get more popular.

also stand alone Origin G2 helping with the NRL H&A season

I think Broncos being on Friday nights was hurting the Sydney viewership more than helping it..

It got to a point it was a complete joke>>

tuning into Friday night to watch broncos>> so repetitive

Overall trends are down. Streaming will continue its inexorable march, and no change to unpopular timeslots.
Overall trends? I believe RL ratings were up in 2016 but dipped in 2017. That isn't a trend - that is a one year sample. Streaming may have an impact but I don't have your predictable negative view. If the big Sydney clubs i.e. Souths, Canterbury, Parra, Tigers and Saints fire so will ratings and crowds.

So what do you think about AFL ratings - oh - don't tell me - they'll go through the roof because lolololololololololol.

You are hardly the voice of objectivity on these matters.

true point, hard to go year by year..
everything changes, records can not be broken.. every year

Streaming how much will it knock off year by year as it gets more popular is the unknown..

I recan an extra 5 Thursday night games for Tv figures is a plus>> not so much for crowds.

I wonder if the nrl had taken the view that crowds are going to be what they will be and focus on tv revenue. I can see some reasoning in this however having multiple high revenue raising streams is always best .. however have to work with what you got ...

they got to be trialing the Friday 6pm slot for tv >> crowds have no chance of getting to game for kick off.
cannot see it surviving past this tv deal>>

the Thursday is all about tv viewers.

it is these two slots that affect Sydney crowds a lot.

Afl ratings were up and so were the streaming results! They out did the nrlol by miles

The majority the traditionall large afl clubs performed poorly last year as well!

So any more but buts
