WHERE'S BUZZ????

the biggest sporting event in SYDNEY he gloated about>>>>

ALeague: Sydney v WSW FOX SPORTS 61k
Just saw highlights on news. Lots of empty seats at Allianz Stadium for the Sydney local derby. TV ratings and crowds down for the so called biggest and best rivalry in Australian sport.

Super Rugby appears to rate better than Soccer but Rugby get less in tv dollars. :hmm:

Was reading the other day that Fox have now realised they paid well in excess of what soccer can deliver for them ratings wise. You’d imagine no FTA network will ever touch it again too. Gees imagine just how small the capital city breakdowns are for 23k? Eek

Oh and a game once again involving the Wanderers... that team we were all told had reignited soccer in this country and were so, so popular in western Sydney. :hmm:

interesting>> I was waiting for this to come out, that FOX have paid overs for the product>>

I think they thought A League would continue to go upwards..
but since they signed it has went down down down...

I assume FOX paid the overs for the product due to much needed LIVE SPORT over the summer>>
