The World game.

To tell you the truth, Laniger doesn't care so very much about the World which has given us such things as Communism, Socialism, Fascisn, cane toads, security threats, illegal immigrants and soccer. However. However. We do, through soccer get the chance to play at a sport such interesting countries as Venezuela, Kiribati and Trashcanistan. I think that if we took the players to the MCG the would smack their foreheads an cry "Where did we go wrong"

Deadset you are ridiculous. Soccer, (Real Football) originated in Western Europe. Now tell me where in Western Europe it is communist?

As for where did soccer go wrong at the mcg. Well considering fifa could buy the entire AFL with spare change and has 265 million players. Where did AFL go wrong?

Soccer has more players than AFL in Australia alone. So you guys are well behind.

Fucking world game eh? It's fucking rubbish and we all know it. Australian's have been fed this bullshit world game rubbish line for decades. Fact remains, the game is still played in summer with shithouse crowds and tv ratings. Bring on the BBL for the real laughs when looking at crowds and tv ratings.

bahahahahaha
i posted states from 3 different independent companies and sources!
they all showed AFL was that far ahead!
not your fudged NRLOL annual report one
next to nobody plays league in Tassie, SA, WA & Vic, where as AFL has very strong leagues all up the east coast South of Sydney all the way up to Cairns :thumbleft:
this is again proven by the number of players who have played AFL for over a century to the kids that get drafted to day!

your NRLOL fudged stats are the usual greatly exaggerated numbers from NRLOL headquarters!

so yes spazza your claim does bite the dust

Lol I'm pointing out participation rates from independent sources to prove that the nrlol figures are crap.

I've also pointed out considering Aussie rules has strong leagues all over the country including qld and nsw where as league, next to nobody in Victoria, SA, WA & Tas plays the game.

There is even a break down of people playing league in the anual report of people playing league in those states to back my claim up

The figures from the NRLOL as BS and are a joke like the rest of your game is

And yet year after year after year we keep going, and each year is bigger. Good growth, good income, more people playing at all levels. Yep the BBL comes and goes in about 6 weeks, with virtually no one remembering who won the match before let alone the year before.

Football just keeps rolling on.

We are a year round sport.

lol you might think so, but theres a reason your sport goes into hiding in May.
you mean after our grand final ie the A league off season? wow who would have thought the A League goes quiet.

But as a sport, you are wrong again. NPL season is running at that time, so is the Asian Champions league,

8 June Australia v Saudi Arabia
31 August Australia v Japan
? September Australia v Thailand

17 June to 2nd July The confederations cup, as the draw is on Sunday I can't tell you who we are playing but the qualified countries so far are

Russia (Host)
Germany (world cup holders)
Portugal (UEFA Champions)
Chile (Copa America champions)
Mexico (CONCACAF champins)
NZ (OFC Champions)
TBD (African Cup of Nations)

so yea our sport really goes into hiding the last Confederations cup final was watched by 70 million people.

Sorry to say wookie but you are talking out of your arse
