I am so sick of this sort of shit more violence this time at a div 3 Western Region GF! Heading to Bendigo switched into SEN and what do I hear when we should be talking about finals nothing but the brawl at a local GF! WTF are we going to do about this?? Maybe it's time to ban alcohol sales at all FOOTBALL codes because people can't be trusted!!

Always going to scraps whenever drinking to excess is involved.
We almost had an all in at the start of a bucks night up in Qld when some Melbourne hipsters thought it would be a good idea to change the Friday Broncos match to AFL.
Funny thing was these guys actually thought, 1 they had a chance and 2 it was their right. :D

thats how a lot of those clubs make their money to help pay for ground fees. not all the times its the alcohol in people that. its just angry parents tht thin their child is not getting a fair go. the traditional so called "soccer mums & dads" of all football codes can get very animated at junior levels

its not always to do with alcohol...been plenty of soccer and RL jr games growing up as a player and a coach and have seen plenty of incidents happen due to overzealous parents who take things too serious/live vicariously through their kids...all it takes is to have parents with that type of thinking on opposing teams to cause problems.

Jesus dude, a punch-up at a gf is a top story. The drama, the passion the alcohol the sport the violence the blood the long hand of the law in the post fight analysis. It's up there with Shakespeare.

I'm more interested in watching a GF than fighting at one - strange you have such an opposing view. You want to watch people fight go to the boxing, MMA or the Tunnel night club, not the footy!
