With Australia's most popular sporting event beginning next week what do you think the ratings will be? I'm guessing 3.7m.
$150k for a thirty second add X3. WoW, just WoW

Pfft 3 game novelty that sees the NRL season crowds and ratings go into massive decline. Good one.

It really is the main competition for the NRL, the NRL club comp nothing more than a feeder comp and as such no longer worth taking interest, a reserves comp! Either that or SOO is a gimmick but I've already been over that!

Not really, not when you consider there weekly club completion gets similar numbers to yours with one less game.

No pussy you know that's not right - it get less than a 3rd the crowds, less than a third the revenue, less than a 3rd the sponsorship the only area where your close is TV and to consider that in isolation well it gives a very distorted picture as you know!

I think it will be as big as ever. There has not been the same hype this year though in qld it would appear. Maybe it will ramp up next week? Or when it is played up here.

Another QLD win. Lift your game NSW. Club is dominated by Queensland, Australian side dominated by Queensland and SOO dominated by Queensland. Now soon GF played at Suncorp with better atmosphere

Im amazed at how you think tv rights are the only thing that matters.
Not the only thing but the main thing.
With more viewers watching Rugby League it gives a pretty clear indication as to which code is more popular.

Lol FFS
The AFL has more viewers overall idiot, that's something you really struggle with! Funny thing is the ratings system is partly owned by news corp!
So AFL gets more viewers, more money in TV revenue for less and non TV revenue, more viewers in the digital sercices , more then double the crowds, more sponsorship, members, merchandise sales.
Pissycat, but but but nrlol more popular
Fuckwitt

postive NRLOL news stoy! oh it must be true
roy masters
the ultimate flog that will pick and choose statistics & not tell the full truth that goes along with
his numbers are BS when compared to wookies charts & when it comes to fox tell AFL has the highest superscription rate (there is an article that proves this but i cannot find it) pretty funny when AFL has more games on FTA than the NRLOL

- 2016NRLRatings_R11.png (72.8 KiB) Viewed 603 times
the ratings in SA & WA are the real drivers in pumping the NRLOL ratings up if you check out the average figures SA are 2k up to 6k & WA 7k to 10k :_<>
roy is a bitter old full that has claimed murdoch payed $300 to $500 million over for the AFL rights
the stupid old full cant still grasp why and how the NRLOL is worth less than the AFL
