These need to be added into the overall ratings for when those arguing which gets most ratings. Not for were arguing most popular in australia though.

Good point. Would be good to see VFL, SANFL, WAFL and NEAFL tv ratings included if not already too.

Amazing how the backward ball fans are all in a tizz because the AFL is rating over twice the NRL in the USA.

Any explanation boys? And dont give me this shit about the ratings being too small. One AFL game even rated 70k which is more than the NRL has rated on FTA in Brisbane 3 times this year

I couldn't find any NRL. But I did find some 0,1 and 2 for AFL matches(000).

I also found this
Note: viewership of around 100,000 or lower is technically what Nielsen refers to as a “scratch” i.e., not enough Nielsen panelists watched for Nielsen to validate it.
According to the NRL's website there matches are shown on Soccer2.

Who rates more in what country?

NRL = UK, NZ, FIJI, PNG, TONGA, SAMOA, FRANCE, CANADA
AFL = USA

Who gets paid tv rights from these country's?

NRL = NZ, And soon to be PNG and the UK.
AFL = Nothing.. :lol: and nothing on the horizon either.

Yep when your so far behind on the international scene you gotta brag about 20k people watching in a country of 300million. :wink: :_<>

The NZ Warriors play in the NRL , What US team plays in the NRL? Does the NRL or AFL get any broadcast money from any of the USA networks?

For the RL we are already on our way to staging regular internationals in the pacific. Why would we brag about 20k in a country of over 300m.

RL's following is larger in

Eng, NZ, Scotland, Wales, France, Canada, PNG, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, Lebanon
