The only people who failed were the AFL. They are the ones who approached Izzy and he basically quit mid contract because he hated the game.
All that effort for AFL to get islanders into their game and it turned out to be ONE MASSIVE FAIL.

How was Izzy a failure at rabble ball?? He had never played a game in his life but then waltzed straight into a key position in an AFL team. He was lauded by his coach the great Kelvin Shedley who was desperate for him to stay.
In the end Izzy conquered rabble ball and made squillions. He then realized playing a game of rolling packs of fumbling, stumbling, bumbling rabble ball just didn't appeal to him. Training like a Kenyan long distance runner and looking like a stick spider probably didn't help either......LOL.

He failed because despite his amazing RL 'skilz' he was too slow, couldnt tackle, and couldnt kick accurately enough to be an AFL player

izzys failure shows shows the difference between the two games
izzy played in a new start up side filled with kids that was pumped each week & still couldn't get a regular game, he was picked more so as a marketing tool& so called athletic ability
he was found to be to slow, unskilled, stupid, dumb to play AFL!but then again having a big body, being able to throw, catch a 6 meter throw & run with a ball under your arm is something a child learns
even carnt play AFL Michel hunt stated its the hardest thing he has ever done! so two of retarrded leagues finest have tried AFL and have been nothing but failures

Lol .& dumbo we've been over this many times
If you play at the highest level in the whole fumble universe
& paid amongst the highest in the game ...more than most who have played all their sporting life .
& lauded by coaches & media ....then that's not a failure .
He worships one thing the almighty $
He will whore himself out to whatever sport is willing to pay .
Not our fault he took the Aflol for millions then bolted .

I wonder if he'll try A league next? But then again why would they need him, too slow, can't think in 360 degrees only what's in his direct line of sight and he can't kick - with those qualifications he could only play a rugby code!

Eg Izzy the AFL failure had every opportunity to succeed but failed! Saw the writing on the wall that he was an embarrasment & went accroas to union
Easily as that spazza

Yet the AFL put him into a first grade team, without ever having played the game in his life. Gee how much skill can there be in AFL when a person who has never played the game before walks into a starting first grade team.
At least Rugby and League have a 100 year history of players moving between their codes

What about the Yank string bean for Collingham on the weekend??? Never played or seen a game 2 years ago now starring on the G. How easy is this unskilled rabble to play??? Do you have to teach blokes to fumble, bumble and stumble........or does it come naturally???? LOL.
And what about those amateur Irish bog farmers??? They train on Guinness stout and Riverdance and still come out and smash the elite full time rabble ballers year on year. .....LOL.
Rabbble Ball........the game anyone can.......and does.... play !!!!! LOLOLOLOL>

Funny you should say that when two RL champions have been well below par at AFL. The US basketballer has picked it up no problem yet the RL champs were failures. What does that say about RL? LOL
