Now we all know the Storm were stripped of premierships etc, but, is their any RL fan on this site who thinks the Broncos would've recieved the same penalties if they were found guilty of the same crime?
IMO the Stormmwere an easy target, almost a strategic one, stripping them of premierships had a 2 fold affect, 1: it made the average NRL fan hate them even more, and hatred is needed to build interest, 2: it made the NRL out to be good Guy's amongst its main fan base without doing any real damage to its brand, but, does anyone really believe the Broncos would've recieved the same sanctions in turn disheartening the NRLs second major fan base?
But back to business, how has the 2 News Corp teams managed to be successful for soooo long? Is it luck? I think not.

According to you the NRL has NOT expanded outside Qld & NSW .
Are you confused .
Did your carer forget MEDICATION TIME ?
I'll discuss the topic with other fumblers...if they get their info right .
You nope .
You can't discuss something you claim doesn't exist .

Actually I think you'll find Manly and the Bulldogs up there just as much if not more with the Roosters not far behind.
The Storm were set up well playing and coaching wise, no one can deny that, if my team has their form since 1998, Parra Stadium probably wouldn't be getting an upgrade, they'd have shipped them off to anz.
That's the way the cookie crumbles, I like that Melbourne are part of the NRL, the only decent thing to come out of Super League period.

Yet in the AFL the SAME team has won 3 grand finals in a row.
Sounds alot more suss to me. And they were'nt even close grand finals.

you think the AFL have had a hand in Hawthorn winning? For what end? If it was Sydney or Brisbane youd have a point
