Walked past Concord oval yesterday morning and saw the first grade West tigers do a beep test.

It got me thinking, as beep tests is one of best ways to know your level of stamina and fitness.

I know AFL players properly have a higher average.

But does anyone know/where to find recent/last averages and records for clubs of both codes?

Very curious to see not just the better results in AFL but club differences.

Put a poor dog in front of Mitchell Pearce and I bet some of those AFL distance records would be broken

Put some drugs in front of a teenage girl get AFLOL player called GOD to tell her they're other drugs .

Then watch him break all records running from her when she lays dying .

Anyway, find it funny how there is some RL supporters out there who believe RL players are more fit and have higher levels of stamina and fitness then Aussie Rules players hahaha.

The best tool to see an athletes level of stamina and fitness AFL averaging much higher in the beep test. Do these RL clowns ignore these clear facts?

The only beeping test I'm interested in in this thread is what LIC dingb@ts beep sounds like when the coppers pull him over for a breath test. Gotta be permanently on the sauce.
