A rugby league player's career hangs in the balance after a drunken night out ended in him allegedly making unwanted advances towards a woman, and then a dog, with the entire episode captured on mobile phone before Channel Nine bought the footage for $20,000 with The Daily Telegraph paying $40,000.
Not so long ago, your jaw would be nailed to the floor after reading that sentence. Now we just yawn and flick the page.

Mitchell Pearce's career is about to be thrown under the bus once again, and it will be a miracle if the Roosters fall in behind their captain once more.
The footage of the incident following a Roosters drinking session on Australia Day was shown on Nine on Wednesday night, and it was damning. Not the crime of the century, like it never is with Pearce, but a player of his standing should never have been there.
Nobody at the Roosters was prepared to say on Wednesday night whether Pearce – the club's co-captain who managed to drag himself back into the NSW side last year – will survive this drunken scandal.

This is without a doubt one of the most depraved and heinous acts ever recorded in sporting history and is up there with the British's PM's Pig Phucking scandal. I would like to say that am surprised by these allegations, however it is common knowledge that NRLOL fans and their players lack the IQ prerequisite to function in society. I can only hope that this incident will shed light on what is obviously a mass Animal abusing wave that is going on within the NRL system. However, Monkey see, monkey do. So, i wouldn't be surprised if our old pal raiderdave is caught up in the headlines trying to one up this player

I laughed when I seen it, sorry. But when I look back over the years and think about the drunken idiots that have surrounded me in my house at times that I could never get rid of, this guy literally is a puppy dog.
