Canterbury Bulldogs and South Sydney Rabbitohs rivalry now biggest in NRL!

It's no disrespect to the Roosters, who arguably remain the on-field benchmark, but off the field South Sydney are far more concerned with the happenings in Belmore than Bondi, while Bulldogs boss Raelene Castle says the club now view the Bunnies like they did the Eels in the 80's.
There is plenty of respect between the two clubs, who often work together at management level to grow their respective clubs, but there remains a strong level of direct competitiveness between the two clubs who call ANZ Stadium home.
South Sydney claimed bragging rights and the status as Sydney's rugby league powerhouse with a drought-breaking 30-6 victory against the Bulldogs in last year's grand final.

But perhaps the moment which this blossoming rivalry climaxed came in chaotic and controversial scenes at the Olympic venue just over four months ago.
Tempers frayed, emotions boiled over and rugby league was left to nurse another black eye as the rapidly-growing feud between the Bulldogs and Rabbitohs entered another chapter.

You have no idea what you are talking about, the biggest rivalry in the NRL imo is Dogs vs Eels. If both these teams are in the 8 or even meet during finals time then it will confirm what i am saying.

Even with my Team the Eels the basket case for the last 6 years our crowds against the dogs are still in the 30k range.

Last finals football between the Dogs and Eels got 75k.

The Eels have not been in the finals since that time.
