Howdy folks, you're tuned in to episode two of KE's In perspective  :D

Today we're giving an indepth factual analysis of GWS's rather odd position playing games in Canberra and the probable effect this is having on the public living in our nations' capital.

Basically the whole experiment in Canberra has been a complete debacle. There's no logical reason why the AFL would consider putting the worst experiment club in professional sporting team history into an area which has been hailed by many as the next expansion zone. Basically GWs have played there a handful of occasions now and each and every time they've brought a quality of footy no better than a middle of the table WAFL club. It's amateur, at best, and last weekend's match between geelong and gdubbya (hailed as a grudge match between two so called top 8 aspiring clubs) exemplified just how bad the AFL developed situation is. Fans were served up a match of the lowest possible quality, and gdubbya, a side who weirdly call Canberra 'home' dished out 6 goals and 6 behinds in 2 hours of footy! :(/ The crowd were bored out of their brains.

So lets put this in perspective. What's this arrangement doing for footy in Canberra? Well, its doin worse than if the AFL ignored the city completely. It's another disrespectful unintelligent AFL experiment which will result in the AFL losing any foothold it had in Canberra.

You heard it here first folks! On KE's In Perspective!!!

Lol they were in the 8 before the weekend loss ,so they can't have been playing too bad or was it the compromised draw that had them there?
Playing basketcase teams a few times will make you look good .

Yes well said AFLcrap, basketcase fumbleball is possibly the worst discrepancy of quality in a professional sporting comp in the worlds history. Things are woeful in the bottom 6 of the AFL comp. They've stuffed it up BIGTIME. I just wish the fans had a bit of gumption and intelligence so they could stand up and be heard to be demanding improvement. But they seem happy with numerous games each round being dead rubbers...

Inside the AFL headquarters they are having a meltdown.

but they will put on a smile and act like everything is ok.

Hoping just hoping things come good for the bottom six teams
maybe a few more million may help maybe it want.

AFL is probably testing the waters there. I am almost certain they want to put a team in Canberra. Whether it is a relocation or new team. They must be thinking about it.
Rediculous having a team playing in two far apart locations all the time.

Imagine if they made Wests Tigers play half their home games in Canberra.

It's a woeful testing of the waters of that's what it is but it wouldn't surprise me if the head honchos were like :?> "I know, let's test the waters and promote the game in canberra by putting a bunch of hack teenagers in a team to get their asses handed to em by AFL teams whenever they play there. That'll be a good spectacle"

It's unbelievable stuff.
