All these deluded AFL fans thinking the Giants are going great when they have so many problems.
Falling merchandise sales!!
Needing an extra 3.25 million dollar grant from AFL to stay afloat in 2015. On top of the 20 million already given lol!!!
The giants also slid to an opreating loss of over half a million dollars last year. =D> =D>

And these AFL clowns think they are doing better than all of Sydneys NRL clubs.

Why would they be going great when theyre 4 years old and havent finished a season outside the bottom 4?

They are all individually costing the NRL a lot less than GWS is costing AFL. Over 20 million from AFL in one year for one club. That is bad.
GWS must be rivalling Brisbane Lions with how much money they are bleeding.

Gws has been a failure. Enough money thrown at em to take several small islands out of poverty.
I wonder how the senior folk down at AFL hq sleep at night knowing they've squandered millions. Must be hard.

& according to that article that was in the Australian ,the future fund is being used to keep these expansion teams going .

The cost of running an AFL club is much higher. The lions sporting club in Springwood is mainly & In house board fighting is why the lions are in debt, even though they are still turning over good revenue. Well higher than most nrlol clubs.
The Titans are a farken joke. Their debt were as high as 35 million. They even had charities set up that they were ripping off!
The storm have been a joke since day dot. The nrlol and news lye have poured extra millions into them Every season

Sensationalizing and making a mountain out of a molehill at every opportunity is very different to whats going on here. They would'nt be printing this stuff unless they had proof. There well aware of what supposed to be, or whats claimed to be in the future fund, they are also well aware of what really is in the future fund.
The Future Fund established by the commission in 2007 has a book value of $89.4m but sits with only $63m in cash. While established to buy assets (Etihad Stadium) and be a reserve to cope with unforeseen financial circumstances, it appears to be used to keep the league turning over.
The AFL denies this but there is no doubt the account is being used for matters other than stated when the commission gave birth to the fund with an initial seeding of $16m in 2007. The past two annual reports record profits of a combined $29m, which are claimed to have been deposited in the Future Fund.
In simple terms that should put the Future Fund at $118m. Yet it is still recorded at $89m but with just $62m in cash. No doubt this is all regulated accounting and there is no suggestion of impropriety, but nonetheless money appears to be drying up at football’s headquarters.

Give up pissy cat! The new paper article is a reported figure something that is different to the annual report. You basement dwellers are so selective when it suite you. Newspaper writes a positive story we all have to believe it, when it's a negative story it's all lies!
The actual real figures produced in the annual report, that gets signed off on by accounts and auditors and gets submitted to ASIC
Something to which the nrl was found out to by lying in!

Well the auditors of the annual reports signed off on the AFL one and the auditors found the nrlol one to be lying!
So yes spazza the nrlol one is wrong and again the nrlol is caught out fudging figures far greater than what they really are!
