Now you guys be like "wat about duh rejunulzzzz" and we be all "lolfox and reeejuns"

Ill also note that metro figures at least the Saturday night coverage on FTA also beat the NRL anzac day showpiece.

That said, the AFL game was well down on the 933k that watched it metro last year. But before you laugh the 473 the NRL game got is 97 short of the metro figure for last year at 570. AFL down 18.7%, NRL down 17%

Yeah so a rain effected match is all you got lol

NRL numbers down directly due to game being suspended.

Whats the AFL's excuse? :_<> What did the AFL garner last year for the Coll vs Ess game?

900k+ in 2014

Your ratings droped more then 250k from the same game last year..... :_<> :_<> :_<>

yes
the NRL game was directly affected by it being stopped for 30 minutes & continuing well past 6pm meaning many turned to news broadcasts on other channels

that VFL figure is hilarious though   :_<> :_<> :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/

And percentage wise, your game was down almost as much fuckwit. Anyway you look at it, you lose.

Keep on ignoring that the NRL game was suspended Wookie.....

You blokes are down by over 175k in the metros and if we look at the total number it will be down over 300k.

Why is it down wookie, any credible reasons why?

NRL excuse = Game suspended
AFL excuse = ](*,) ](*,) ](*,)

NRL wins

Is this thread a joke wookie? AFL's traditional ANZAC match - one of the highlights of the AFL calender - down over 20%

The NRL , despite cyclonic conditions, which seen play halted for 40min at one stage.Yet still manages to draw similar numbers to last year.

The Night game got over 500k the NRl ANZAC game got 460k.which is actually 10k less than this years

let me get this straight. The AFL on ANZAC day had crowds of near 200k for their games at an average of about 40k, and a top crowd of 88k. They also had sellouts in Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. The TV ratings were around 1.3m in the arvo and 1.2m in the evening after nearly 400k watched the games at 7.30pm on foxtel.

The NRL had crowds of 114k at an average of about 23k and top crowd of 35k (smaller than 3 of the 5 AFL games). TV ratings barely scraped 1m on FTA and foxtel was also well beaten by the AFL.

And you RL flogs are bragging????

Hahahahaha
