I think NRLs is more exciting than AFLs with fan rivalries, cheerleaders, fireworks and good tackles..

Have you guys seen the superleague ad? Spot Todd Carney. He is in a few places.

Just wish they showed the Superleague club matches here on Ch9.

Personally I think they're both fairly kitchy. But I can say definitively the AFL's advertisment is racially discriminatory. It discriminates white Anglo Saxon folk as approx 97% of the viewing audience. This might be actually not that far off from the truth unfortunately but what with their multicultural policy, their indigenous round, their trumpet blowing about building the game in India South Africa, even China they really aren't promoting inclusivity are they

I like the AFL ad and its focus on the fans that make the game our game - "Australia's Game"

Nothing however beats the old "I'd like to see that" campaign though. Bit biased I guess as I'm actually in one of those ads. lol

Last weeks game rated 70k on Fox. early game too..

so it rates not bad.
