if we're going to play the 'official' game most Raiders games look under 5k. However, back in the real world the Raiders are supposed to be a homeland team, where as the giants are the second expansion team in Syndey. The fact you compare their crowds directly indicates how poor the radiers and the NRL in general are going

Raider dave can kick this off
Venue: Canberra Stadium
Crowd: 8,241
- no doubt the 6.30pm kickoff time is not good
- no families there at Canberra stadium on Sunday with school the following day
- but its March
- and playing that game at 2pm in potential 35c heat isn't ideal either
- so unfavourable time slots are there for player safety reasons
I reckon cos had a list of these at some point.
how about some more NRL excuses
"I didn't get parole"; Saturday afternoon is hard to get to as i have weekend detention

Dragons V Raiders this week.
That's usually a good crowd..
TBH it looks like both the teams are in for a dreadful Year. Crowds and Form.

Still not a good look for AFL when a team can not survive in AFL heartland though is it.
Rugby League regional comps have PNG and NZ in them.

its a regional town that cannot maintain a competitive club in the state league competing against metro clubs. It means nothing

Resources?? As in no people willing to sponsor an Aussie Rules club in Bendigo and not enough revenue from ticket sales lol..
