I think we need a ruling here, what is the punishment for someone like raiderdaves making a false statement, refusing to admit it and when asked to stand up for his statement with a little wager, runs and hides.

Surely you have a punishment lined up for that?

No, not at all. No more than the Knights were fucked, which I don't think they were.

The owner is in trouble the club is in trouble only in do far as they are playing crap and seem to have issues between coach and players. No different to what happens all over the world

Okay I've reviewed the comment above at it's source and here's my opinion.

"fold is a voluntary term
wound up is an act of a court"

That's actually correct just for once, and guess what? If the New South Wales Department of State Revenue do wind up the Jets in court, the FFA can do nothing about it. The club is gone. Kaput.
