Oh
No no no

Another TV sports show debuted today on 9
Nutrgrains sports star challenge

& yep
We have NRL stars up against VFL stars
Again

The concept
5 ironmen & 1 ironwomen up against 6; sports stars

The VFL entrants
Lewis Jetta
Patrick Dangerfield

The NRL entrants
Kurt Gidley
Beau Ryan

The other 2
Simon Katich from cricket
Michelle Jeneker from athletics

The concept
To test the all round athletic ability of the 6 non ironmen to see if they could make it as ironmen
They were split into 2 groups for the 2 shows
Group 1
3 ironmen & Lewis.. Katich & Gidley

Off to the bond university sports & athletis ctr to test a range of things for all 6
Body fat
VO2 max
Strength
Power

Then a few ironmen specific races between the non ironmen
& a beep test between all 6

Well fuck me
Kurt Gidley at 32.. who many nrl fans consider is a ******
Destroyed everyone in the testing stage

Body fat
5.6%.. lowest of the group
Lewis Jetta by comparison .. 12.5%
VO2 max .. considered an endurance test to guage the most efficient use of oxygen
Gidley was the best again at 73
The ironmen all around 66
Lewis Jetta at 64

Strength .. a bench press test at 80% of body weight
Gidley wins again ..

Power
6 sprints of 10 seconds on a stationary bike
Gidley wins again

The tester was astounded

Then out for onto the beach for a run swim race
now
Jetta should have done ok in this
Small
Light
Quick

Gidley smoked him
39 yr old Katich nearly beat him 8-[
:(/ :(/

Then some ski & paddle balance & co ordination work
& a race or 2 between the non ironmen

Gidley wins both easily

Finally
A beep test.. but on sand
Now the iron men were always going to win this
It was their field of expertise
But Lewis Jetta .. being the Fumbler
An endurance footballer
Smaller
Lighter..15kgs lighter then Gidley who was going to struggle with his bulk in dry sand right ?

First out at level 9 huffing n heaving like a sheila
Lewis Jetta

Katich
13 years older then Jetta n retired 3 years
Level 9.3

& Gidley
6; years older ... heavier & bulkier
Level 11.3 :? :(/

Again
NRL players showing they are astounding athletes
& Fumblers showing they have nothing in comparison :(/

Watch next weeks show
Its great viewing

 FUKK eh!!!

Gidleys probably one of our slowest backline players and at 32 he's well past his peak in terms of his other athletic abilities.

Wow, I mean I knew our athletes are faster stronger more powerful and more agile but I had no idea the gap was so large. And I would've been sure the AFL lads woulda won the endurance

He was fucked before he started.
Was told there was no interchange bench.
Poor bloke is used to a sport where 150 interchanges per side is classed as normal.

It was Hilarious E

Jetta is raved about by fumblers
Hes a little pocket dynamo they say

Light
Nimble
Agile
In his prime
Well ... thats wot we thought 8-[

But when compared to an aging NRL player who saw his best about 10 years

He was made look
Slow
Weak
& cumbersome
A bumbling bafoon :(/  :_<>

Our games players are so superior to the VFLs its now becoming comical

because two players are representative of the rest of the competition. This is as bad as that idiot who played the woman in tennis a while back and lost.

Jetta is hardly high calibre, and who knows what the fuck is up with Dangerfield. Frankly Im astonished that their clubs would even allow them to enter this shit.

:(/ :_<>

It dosent seem to matter who the derps n fumbles put up
They arent representative ... They arent representative cry the singlet wearers when
They are humiliated by NRL players
Destroyed
Made look like fools
I agree wookie
Wot are the VFL thinking

:(/ look how pissed orrf wook is!

It's like he's just been woken up during his afternoon snooze on the patio by someone who's just rammed a meaty dildo into his open mouth

I know wookie, the fact rugby league players are far superior athletes to AFL players is 'a little hard to swallow'

True that.
So far a midget ex jockey made the derpers look like a joke.
Now Kidley ,an overrated Much despised RL player has made them an even bigger joke.

& this Jetson fellow apparently won a most improved award at the Swines.
Lol.
Hate to see how some of the unimproved fumblers would go .
Lol lol lol.

Bitchin. I'll be in brissie for work and leisure so might miss the facts. Please re report the outcomes dave. And I'd also enjoy some AFL members' explanations of the utter utter utter ... Utter utter athletic dominance their players receive at the hands of our rugby league's poorer athletes.

Who remembers when Bert Dildo went against Slater.

Hysterical stuff from fumblers

The fans raved how one of derpballs most talented ( won many award ) would smash all opposition .
Lol how did that go .
About as good as this time .
These derpers are talked up & soon as they are shown up as far from the elite athlete that is claimed ,it's excuse time

Oh he is not our best .
Oh he is no good we have better .
