where did you get the 7500 figure from?

rd 1 average last season was 20,199 and was boosted by the melbourne derby

this year is 18,003

a figure that was still better than the nrl's poultry opening rd of 15,824

and next week should be even better, given the sydney derby and adelaide+citys first home games of the season

you better make another topic about it when we smash more records next week davey boyo

i must live in on another planet if 30k, 25k,16k,10k and 7k is supposed to be a disappointing weekend for my sport. Rd 1 for the NRL must of been heartbreaking for some of you chaps :(

Not really seeing as the NRL opening rounds start on a school night on Thursday and finish on another school night on Monday all in Winter, not hiding away from all the other big bad footy codes because you couldn't compete.
