We know they always promise big things and generally have started each season looking good, before bombing out before the finals - but this season they certainly look like a more determined outfit. They even beat the Brumbies in Canberra last night which is certainly no easy task.

Could this be the year of the Tahs?

I was gutted that I couldn't get down for the game, but was glued to fox sports. With the brumbies losing Gregan, it was never going to be a contest. I'm still not convinced that we're strong enough to take out the title though, but let's see what transpires over the next month.

The Tahs have now secured a semi-final berth. This could well be the year of the Waratahs.

Well they're now into the Super 12 Grand Final. Beating the Crusaders will not be easy though. Anyone rate the Tahs a real chance of winning their first ever title?
