Yes when everybody was talking about x2 nrl teams the actual result was 3x.
Another thread that mysteriously "disappeared".

How encouraging for the AFL in Sydney again yesterday. Many fans staying away scared of the rain, yet still over 31k in attendance for 1st vs last.

Actually, the original post was when nrl crowds were higher and there were direct comparisons.

Yep a lot of dole bludgers were interested in watching RL while they hit the wacky weed! Yet the people who are REAL fans show up!!!! Hahaha
