They'd have the lowest average attendance of all the Australian based clubs....just sayin'

even the 'oi league' is putting the raiders to shame dave!

AUS Melbourne Victory - 21.808
AUS Sydney FC - 18.682
AUS Brisbane Roar - 14.957
AUS WSW - 14.860
AUS Newcastle Jets - 11.949
AUS Adelaide United - 11.225
AUS Melbourne Heart - 9.933
AUS Perth Glory - 9.418
AUS Central Coast - 9.398
AUS Canberra Raiders - 9.221
NZL Wellington - 8.201

here's another interesting fact - out of the 4 codes - A-League, NRL, Super Rugby and AFL, the Raiders have the second lowest avg attendance for australian based clubs of all sports, only ahead of the giants who aren't even 5 yrs old yet and are hot on their tails

If the Raiders were in the Oi League ? :?>

   :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :(/ :_<> :_<> :_<> :_<>

the Raiders could buy out every ladyboy ball club listed there
the lot of em
lock stock

pennyless basket cases all of em
they need every fan they can get .... while the Raiders are a financial dynamo
these Oi League clubs will always struggle for money
however
when we get a winning team
& a new stadium
the fans will come back to their beloved raiders
& we'll still have our mountains of money as well :\: :\: :\: :\: :\: :\:

so contemplate that dickhead next time you're facing away from the field & bouncing up & down like a ******** chimp :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:     :(/ :(/ :(/ :_<> :_<>

That's alright dickhead, we all know the Raiders have been low for a fair few seasons now, if they'd have been an a league club, they'd have died many times over already as we have seen all over this continent and the little Island next door what happens when you struggle on the pitch.

Oops, all the a league sides that have been kicked out for struggling, have struggled for crowds haven't they?

North Qld, Gold Coast, Auckland. Hmmmm, I wonder if you added all their averages together, if they'd get near the lowly raiders?

me thinks not, show how shit ya sokka is aye shithead?

Maybe we could have a look at the other clubs before the a league, they were the first national code and all that?

how's that go eh?

actually you make a very valid point! if the raiders were in the a-league, lowy would of given them the flick already!

guess it shows the NRL will prop up any failing franchise!

thanks for your support!

The Raiders would be one of the biggest teams in the comp if they played in the A League.

They average 9k with a shit team, give them a winning team and the average rises, give the Central Coast, Mel Heart, Fold Coast uniteds and whatnot a winning team and they still fold for lack of support or in Central Coasts case, they just keep propping them up no matter how shit their support is.

unlike the nrl, the a-league doesn't prop up any team that has it's own owner! there are no free giveaways and grants here. handouts is just a rugby league centric thing

Newtown
North Sydney
Illawarra
Hunter Mariners
GC Giants
GC Seagulls
GC Chargers
Adelaide Rams
Perth Reds
Soon to be teams to add to the list
Canberra Raiders

Yep like playing musical chairs on the deck of the titanic ain't it!!!!!!
