I was just looking at the soccer Asian Cup draw, a tournament ostensibly being hosted by "Australia." Below is a map detailing how the FFA sees Australia:

Way to grow the game, idiots....

They're right tho, and that's what stings you fellas.

Haha hahaha hahaha hahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahaahahah.

No one gives a shit about the backwards states in Australia, if you ain't in NSW, ACT or QLD, you're living outdoors.

keating was right, the arse end of the world that no one gives a toss about.

Funny how you see all the sports clamoring to get into West Sydney and Qld, yet all the other states are left to themselves.

it wasn't the FFA's fault at all

The SA and WA state govt's refused to put forward funding for hosting

whereas VIC, NSW, QLD and even...the ACT(good work dave) contributed a lot of money towards hosting costs for matches and training sites

I feel sorry for the fans from the other states but nothing will change until they get their govt to change their thinking. Adelaide have gotten 1 socceroos game in like 5 years while Perth hasn't seen the socceroos for god knows how long.

Those states have vested interests in other sports which is fine, they have to cater to the majority i guess. hopefully it changes though

That's asking a bit much SFC -
1st he's only employed if you include working for the dole just like the Canberra Braiders

2nd he will only turn up to a game if it's free like all the rest of the dole Bludging RL fans!!!

Hahaha poor AFL states, unloved and unwanted, I guess that's why vfl flourishes in them parts as it's the only game that actually wants those areas, but know this, if the AFL could swap heartlands with RL, they'd do it in a heartbeat.

Rugby League wouldn't swap, there would be nothing to gain.

add in the fact that the AFL clubs rape the NRL clubs in sponsorship dollars :(/
if companies are going to spend money on a product they choose the AFL! not a worthless piece of tax payer, Poke funded funded shit like the NRL :)))
