This Saturday night will be a milestone for the Dyldam Parramatta Eels, marking the 67th anniversary to the day that the club played its first competition game against the Newtown Jets.
To celebrate the game, we will be recognising the heritage of our club by welcoming the “old boys” and Eels greats to walk a lap-of-honour around Pirtek Stadium prior to kick-off.
Want to join us at the game?
We're offering $30 2-for-1 tickets in the 4 corner bays of Pirtek Stadium at Parramatta:
Hindmarsh bay 40
Hindmarsh bay 52
Cayless bay 60
Cayless bay 72
Click through to see the map of Pirtek Stadium.
The adult ticket price is $30 in all these bays, so click through to Ticketmaster today to get two adult tickets for the price of one!
But be quick - the offer expires on Wednesday night, April 9!
The NRL match between the Eels and Roosters kicks off at 5:30pm, with gates opening at 3pm ahead of the NYC game at 3:10pm.

Pretty soon they'll have rounds celebrating their first win, their first draw, their first golden point - FFS if their fans are loyal wouldn't they come without the free handouts after all they have been around for a long time!

No they wouldn't at present. They prefer to sit at home and watch the game on television. The venues are not attractive to attend on a regular basis.
However I will say that the first step needs to be ceasing free to air transmission live against the gate.

no the NRL has always had shit crowds and always will. the point in advertising and expecting people to pack stadiums, is something the bumsniffers need to stop dreaming about. the NRL has never had the revenue, sponsorship, membership or crowd figures to half what the AFL has. its not a matter of spending a billion on a new air con/heated, leather launge chair/ free wifi filled stadium or stop broad casting live games. it simple the NRL does not have the support or following as what you flogs think it does.

Melbournes promotion was a family pass for $40, which is a discount, not a free ticket. It also only applied to families living in a small region of Melbourne, which just happened to be an area Melbourne Demons are trying to engage with new training grounds.
Thats a lot different to repeated discounted or free tickets available to NRL fans without similar reasons or conditions.

Settle down!
This is a completely different offer to the one I mentioned. It wasnt a lie. I had no idea the Kangaroos offered free tickets to juniors on the weekend.
However, again, this doesn't compare to a 2 for the price of 1 to any fan. The vast majority of juniors would come with their family meaning it is more of a discount to the family than free entry to an adult.

How were you not aware .
I posted these offers in the TITANS free tickets thread & you responded .
So what am I to think when you post that they were $40...
& Swans ..That is not the point..
When AFL fans take a shot at the NRL for doing something & totally ignore the same thing in their code then that just shows how fucking hypocritical & delusional they are.
It takes stupidity to a new level..& Adumbliar is an expert at stupidity..
