Well, Saturday in Sydney was interesting wasn't it. Two western Sydney teams playing two eastern Sydney teams in the AFL and NRL in the Sydney.

The winner in the crowd stakes was the AFL. Easily the biggest crowd.

RL heartland :(/ :(/ :(/

I should like to see how the TV ratings compare, given the prevailing weather in Sydney and Allianz Stadium's reputation for being a poor wet weather venue for spectators.

TV ratings have nothing to do with attendance.

TV ratings have nothing to do with attendance.
It does if the supporters who decided not to go are reflected in the TV figures with a rise.

It means less people are attending nrl.

We aren't discussing which game had the most support overall, only which codes fans could be bothered getting of their arse and going to the game

Would you have gone to a stadium with a poor reputation for wet weather with thunderstorms around?

the South Australian & Victorian fans say hello of you would like to compare weather
many off them still show up in large numbers, even back in the day of suburban grounds yet the AFL still out grew them, something the NRL still struggle to half fill

And yet you don't address the issue of the thunderstorms.
