AFL is played in 69 countries outside Australia. Rugly League is only played in 50 outside Australia. RLWC has been around for a lot longer. In a generation the interest around the IC will be equal. Count on it!

So if you count revenue, TV revenue, crowds, sponsorship, memberships, media interest, and cummulative ratings, you win one of those 7 indicators.

AFL got better money,
channel 9 only paid so much for the NRL rights because they have lost the rights to most other sports, due to the shit job they do!
