Best nrl club last 5 years!

Who do you pick here. If manly win they would have a claim but how do you go past the storm? I know with all the issues and such there is controversies but storm for mine. Especially given all they have been through and to come out and take it last year.

As for this thread.... Where's the 'fight' in this? Isn't it on the wrong board or do you have some underlying abusive reason for starting this?
Personally id just like to use this opportunity to state for the record that while Xman is nothing but the poorest example of a moderator, the lil bitch does what I tell him too, which is a big plus for him.

the Storm have won 1 title in the last 5 years
Manly have 2 already & will have won their 3rd if they win on sunday

No, Dave they won two but one of them was stripped for cheating. And I just checked - if the Storm hadn't been nailed for cheating Manly wouldn't have made the finals that year!

so how does the storm being kicked out in that year affect Manly's tally of 2 GF wins in 2008 & 2011

Here's a further tip. Admit that Melbourne were always in the finals (and would have been in 2010). Consistent finalist. Manly would have missed in 2010 so they were NOT a consistent finalist.
So you check harder and get some perspective. If you can coming from Canberra.......

and an NRL section for best team.

I don't think it is just a out grand finals ... But everyone has their own criteria. I still count the ones the nrl deny as storm still won those ... They ran out on the day and beat the teams they faced .. No one can deny them that. Whether it is recorded on the Hx books or not well that's a different matter.
