When I was alittle boy I used to have little army men, some were green and some where brown. I would arrange the green ones on one side and the brown one on the other. I then used to pretend they were fighting one another - Pew - peew - peew , and then 'boom' as a grenade went off in the background - ooh what fun I had. But then I grew up and learned the difference between pretend and reality (I only get my army men out now on special occasions).

I guess at the heart of this absurd creation is the word 'team'. You see I dont know of any other 'team' in basically any other context worldwide that...simply...has no purpose. A 'team' is a collective group who get together to achieve a common goal. Whats the friggin goal of the AFL All Australian Team? Pussycat is completely correct, it certainly is a 'pretend team'.
