Second, he is on trial and innocent until proven guilty

Thread is full of so much fail. ****** literally too stupid to understand the difference between the VFL and AFL, and apparently never learned the concept of plurals during his 5 years of schooling.

Lol ... I am surprised that the owners of this site would allow such slanderous statements . Others gave been sued for making comments on such sites ?

I think RD needs to use the term alleged. The funny thing is that RD thinks that he is annomous but anyone with any skills could track him down and sue him.

There also has been a successful civil suit for defamation over the Internet in a chat forum - just like this - he can't use defence of the truth as nothing has been proven and in all possibility won't be - as for track him down we all have to supply e-mail addresses if he thinks he's going to get out of it he's mistaken!

Thing is too pies the owner of the site can also be sued and as moderator you too need to be careful as to what you allow ??

well we're not including the 4 that raped that young girl a few years back .. including a Swines player I believe
she was offered hush money & took it
the Police told her not to ... as she had a strong case that would end in charges

but all 4 VFL players ... all gave her a hefty amount of money each
& she decided not to put herself through the ordeal ( deaths threats & constant harassment from big tough VFL fans )
& she took the money

a disgrace
