Well well well the latest news down Collingwood way is.

1. Eddie McGuire - still unpunished.
2. Harry Obrien - suddenly not allowed to play because of some type of falling out with Buckley...

Hmmm interesting how Collingwood coach Nathan Buckley openly supported Eddie McGuire in his racist abuse of Adam Goodes. And Harry Obrien was openly disgusted by it. And now, low and behold, Harry's not allowed to play.

And the reporting of it just now on the AFL Game Day was disturbing and possibly a display of AFL coercion to attempt to hide its deeply established institutional racism. They game day hosts denied any wrongdoing right at the get go stating Harry Obrien's had a falling out with Buckley but that "there was nothing racial in it" And then skipped to the Aryan Buckley who stated that not a thing about it has or will be discussed with the media and that Obrien's playing future is uncertain whether hes injured or not.

So ahh why are the folk on AFL game day prejudging that "there's nothing racial in it"? Has Eddie been formally punished for his openly racist remarks? And why is Harry Obrien being punished?

Really disturbing stuff.

Story's all over Big Footy if you want to read up on it. Sounds like Harry being self-reightous as usual. Taking umbrage to Seedsman's nickname still being used by the playing group and coach despite his diva-esque pleas for it not to be.

I don't want to get into a whole thing here, but there's a difference between making a racist joke, and making a joke about a racist incident. Neither is great, and it was pretty stupid, but there is a clear difference.

I heard that he got offended about Bucks making a lesbian joke to one of the other players (something to do with a players haircut apparently) and Harry O overheard it and being the left wing nut he is, took offence to it. If this is true, it's pretty hypocritical considering he called a player a fucking fa**ot a couple of years ago.
Harry O's a fucking flog, good riddance if he pisses off.

Well we don't actually know what's actually going on nrl. But I'm giving an educated suggestion here that it prob also has to do with bucks initial support of eddies racist remarks and obriens disgust of same.

Educated suggestion? Where were you educated? Rugby League Central? Needs re-education, this one.

I feel for harry too. Seems he's completely on the outer at Collingwood and amongst the AFL fans. They don't understand him and his stance against racism and homophobia too it seems. He woulda been better off in rugby league. Sad to say it but you're right raider, he was born/grew up in the wrong state.
