Yes nicely put dave. I recall providing a KE live report Darwin during a business visit there two years ago. The fumblers in here were all in a tissy over my accurate reporting that RL was as present and supported, if not more, than marngrook. And the crowds up there show further proof that Darwin is becoming more and more RL heartland. =D>

Sorry for the extra post folks but im testing a glitch in the system. in my first post I said nicely put raiderdave, yet the word put was omitted. I go in to edit the post and "put" was in there...??? This has happened before so am wondering wtf is going on?

Yes i have had the same problem King................if you do not put the whole of raiderdave name it leaves out the word before it.

This is just stupid at best it's break even, any crowd where the difference is under 5k is a draw!

One thing we do know is aside from the odd game by both codes once or twice a year there is not going to be a club for either sport in Darwin......there just isn't enough support!

It's ok swines. The AFL aren't too bad up there matey, and the AFL sure as hell isn't perfect and loved everywhere, it just cant be, particularly o/s where marngrook footy is seen as a novelty, if seen at all.

How many players from the NT play in the nRL? Why does the NTFL outdraw the NTRL? This is laughable. This'd be like me claiming Canberra is officially AFL territory because the Giants outdrew the Raiders earlier this year....

As for amateur leagues, not a bad point but I think we're concentrating on the NRL and AFL in this one matey. Do stay focussed on the topic at hand drac me boy.

To mant people were using RDs name in ways that put down the gay community and the mentally challenged.The word arse was used quite a lot. Therefore you have to use his full name, or abbreviate it like i did. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Look KE I did say it's a draw did I not - and have never claimed NT - I am the first to acknowledge that NT has a strong RL community - but to now say 200 people proves it's now RL hartland is laughable! As I said it is clearly a draw - what is emo about that?

Sorry but last time I checked, even 1 more, let alone 200 means a win. A draw, swines, is when the numbers match, I.e 12000 and 12000 or 13456 and 13456. Ok? You understand?
