NRL memberships have nearly tripled since 2005
while the VFL's have been stagnate ... barely moving in recent years
the ARLC commissions strategic plan revealed this week .. has plans for NRL membership numbers to double in the next 5 years & hit 400K .. by 2017
& will implement measures to see this happens
in 2010 the NRL did not have one side with 20K members
in 2013 .... it will have 5 with 20K.. & 1 with 30K
wow ....
just wow =D> =D> =D>

they are planning for a crowd average of 20k in 2017, an increase of 3.5k. Yet 7 years ago the NRL had a higher average!
So theyre going to grow 20% in 5 years when theyve shrunk over the last 7?
Oh dear!

2007 membership tally of 532k.
2012 tally was over 700k.
So in 5 years the AFL memberships have grown nearly 200k, which is the entire NRL membership total!

168K in 5 years ( probably all pet & fridge magnet memberships ) ... or 33%.... pathetic
the NRL 300%
almost 10 times the rate of growth
again
wow

ANyone would take 6000k less fans a game for an increase of more than double the number of games in expansions states.
Meanwhile the NRL havent changed or expanded at all, yet still havent grown either.
31k v 16k, which would you take DAVE?
But, good luck reaching 20k when youve shrunk in the last 5 years! Good luck with 400k members too!
