GOLD Coast Titans bosses are confident the resurgent NRL side is on track to welcome its largest home game crowd in nearly five years.

Titans CEO Steve Mitchell said the team had a ticket sales spike for Saturday’s game after the Easter Sunday win.

How does all games in the AFL’s Gather Round being sold out compare with the NRL’s Magic Round?

NSW needs to put in a stronger bid to host the AFL Gather Round next season or beyond. Travelling AFL fans are great for tourism and footy development. The Easter Show issues and stadium availability could surely be worked out with games at Accor Stadium, the SCG and Blacktown with temporary stands.
