I “were” at the game. I guessed between 10 and 12. 6 is very poor indeed- very poor.
Gee Freddo you appear to be a very poor judge of crowd size my friend. Metricon holds 22k. You thought it was over half full when the published crowd was 6k. And of course we know what "published" crowds for the Suns and Ginats can mean lolololololol!!!!!! Maybe stick to ya day job Frederico!!!!

Glad you watched crapper :)

Terry - would seem so - I think my day job pays a bit better lol - although retiring soon I hope - feet up - to Port Douglas - Vietnam.

I agree if Titan's win there will be a huge crowd at Robina - the town is a big bandwagon machine - same goes with the Suns to - if they look like doing okay they will get the big crowds too. But it is still a RL town - just not so big on the Titans for many a reason - but they forget easy and forgive winners.

The suns - look - an okay win. Skills aren't as clean as they should be - which was evident against West Coast- should have won by twice as much really. King I think still gets jostled out too easy and is a lazy forward defender I think. Goes through the motions. Injuries again are going to hurt the Suns too I think - with Day and Budderik doing a knee - with the later one of the Sun's best attacking defenders I believe. And Rowell out is also a blow. So if they can get through the next 6 games for a 50 win ratio - they will have done well. It is the end of the season where they have traditionally fallen down however.

Re: fudging of crowd numbers - well - there is only one code out of the two that had admitted to this.

134,232 for the 8 NRL games played
16,779 average for the round. Not too bad

easter should deliver over 160,000 for the round & a 20,000 + average.

also, a big crowd at Gabba was expected - but now it is limited to Marvel - which is small and limited capacity due to covid.

there would of been around 30k+ at the GABBA
Marvel is expecting 28k

Not much of a dent..

now the Titans play on Saturday
and Cowboys play on Sunshine Coast on Saturday.. They will have big dents in there figures.

Lock down should be done and dusted by Friday - why are Townsville playing on sunny coast? Also not impacted by lock down - locals will still go. GC ,as you know, also not impacted by lock down.
