Lol
Nope he was laughing at the insane ramblings of the VI ,
The same shit he has reposted over & over
Ranting about Rl leeching off the tax payer while ignoring afl getting billions .

An endless loop of insanity on repeat .
the afl didnt get billions idiot and thats the bit you fail to under stand

perth got their first new venue since the early 1900s
and Adeliade their first since the early 1970s
and those are multipurpose venues and only large stadiums in those states!

the afl did not get the venues the states did!
you are stimply to simple, stupid and limited to understand that!

its not like the AFL has the tax payer pay for individual club grounds like the NRL gets and has gotten for decades while putting in next to zero of their own money only paying for their mini sized casion leagues club :)))

with out the tax payer the nrlol would be training in garden sheds ob amateur fields while playing in stadiums not individual glub grounds

now bank west the parramatta pike club average 12840 in their whole history of home games whilst their average is still higer than that thanks to the new venue going by factual stats not your imangination they will drop :thumbleft:

The nrl are really going to have to address these crowd numbers . If broadcast rights aren’t going to provide the revenue it once did then they are just going to have to find other revenue streams.

Yeah, I get what you’re saying but seriously I do think this is a big issue for the nrl going forward. They do have league clubs which, whilst seperate, do contribute, but crowds are a major source of revenue and they really need to do something here. I have suggested before having quarters to add to the game day experience. Also can charge catering contractors more and more adds.

I'm pretty sure they pulled around 87k this round of 8 games. 8-[

Your idea is novel but it's scoring they need. Much more scoring.
It gives more ad time, much more fan excitement. And just looks so much better as a sport.
It'll take care of crowds and raise revenue.

Check out AFL to see what I mean.

the old Brisbane lions are gaining some momentum after being a basket case of the past decade they have won a few games this year & possibilities of playing finals

2017 16455
2018 18406
2019 23478

still have a bit of catching up on the newscorp broncos who are on 29403 for 2019 but have been a rather consistent finals performer of the past decade

a few finals appearences will have the lions bigger than the broncos again and have the old league hearted bogans dribbling out some good but but excuses
