Union More Popular than League in MEL, ADE and PER

Been saying this for some time now. The TV ratings again prove my point. Rugby Union has been embraced moreso by the people of Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth.
Rugby League.... well.... the tv ratings tell the story.
Even when broadcast near midnight, more people still tune into the Rugby Union than live prime time Rugby League.

Rugby is such a strange game to watch. Does anyone know the rules, cause it confuses the crap out of me

Perth has an advantage in that they have a team in the Super 15, just for the record.

And union is more popular than AFL in nsw and qld. What's your point?

No, Justa - I'll check but I'm pretty sure the Swans have a higher average attendance than the Waratahs.
