That looks to me like crowd averages for each venue.

If those are the averages, then how is RL averaging 16K?

Lets see Concord is a Rugby Union ground, Henson Park the home of the mighty but oh so long gone Newtown Jets and North Sydney the home of the Bears, how many decades ago was that when they where still in the comp. I could go on but why bother and waste any more time on a nonsense post.

He's pointing out averages in the entire history of thugby in Sydney and beyond when it expanded (ie Canberra, Newcastle and Wollongong). Nothing wrong with that at all. Note that the current average of the NRL has gone up, but that's because of the Broncos - and besides that the AFL average has also shot up.

I would hardly call this thread a waste at all under those circumstances.

Yes, they're the up-to-date averages for rl by venue.
Quite some interesting comaprissons there.
e.g. showgrounds.

I don't support that line from Big Footy. The NRL's biggest problem area is Sydney - not Newcastle.

Yeah I'm really worried about the greater weste....... hang on they don't even play in western sydney anymore. Unless AFL fans have decided that Homebush is now western sydney
