What can you say about the tv ratings for live NRL in Adelaide and Perth?

The Melbourne tv ratings for the live Storm vs Knights game (26k) were just as abysmal.

And btw Collingwood vs Hawthorn rated 23k in Sydney lawl you have had 30 years of coverage compared to like 1 night for NRL and still 23k for AFL in sydney what a joke.

The AFL was two Melbourne teams, not a Sydney team. Plus they were on foxtel at the same time! last week the AFL rated 120k (foxtel and fta) in Sydney with the Gws and swans. the storm were live into Melbourne without foxtel coverage and got 26k

So how will the NRL ever rate outside NSW and Qld? It will always be up against the AFL. Where are all these NRL fans across australia? You NRL fans have whinged for years about how your ratings would be better with national coverage. Now you've got it a grand total of 29k tuned in from 7million people!

Perth have had other live games, as have Melbourne. Storm fans would have known it was on live. It was announced in the media, on the TV, even during the AFL footy show. Sports SEN on radio announced it regularly. The truth finally hits home for NRL fans. Your code is non existent in 4 states of Australia, except the laughable storm.

this is at an end ... & the veiwership will grow
an extra couple of million ove the year .... pushing our massive winning margin ova the VFL out ... even further

60K in cities with a combined population of 7 million
& everyone knowing it was on live as it has been for 20 odd years ... not every now & then ... occasionally .... maybe ... who knows
we'll see .. like it has for the NRL

when people get used to being able to whack on the NRL at decent times in the coming years
60K for 1 game will be dissapointing for the NRL... with 100K plus for most games the norm

If the Swans werent playing the audience in Sydney would chose either AFL match on FTA or payTV as they desired. The audience wasn't 29k for games not involving the Swans. It was 29k + foxtel ratings!!!!
