New 24 hour AFL channel FOX FOOTY is a success from first bounce - with ALL live NAB CUP AFL Games topping the top rating subscription TV shows over the weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. On Friday even replays on games made Top 20, while on Saturday, the NAB Cup outdid NRL's Charity Shield. On Sunday only the bombing of Darwin came close to live NAB cup.

its already been pointed out that the Charity Shield won its time slot beating the knob match on at the time it was on

&
they also seem to have left out the fact that ratings dropped by 50% in week 2 of the knob cup
& further in week 3

& are currently about 1/3 Of NRL games ...

so getting their date handed to them as per usual by the country's most popular TV sport ... NRL

resume normal transmissions

And that's the point. foxtel pays for subscriptions not ratings. If fox footy are winning the NAB over the NRLs season proper, imagine when the AFL season starts!
