So no growth at all. It essentially comes down to the match ups for that round. Add them together and they are similar to previous years.

Round 1 was the lowest first round since 2004.

take out the rain from rnd 1 & we'd be 25K in front of 2011

plenty of growth
& after rnd 3.... we'll be in front of 2011 anyway

will the VFL be in front on their 2011 average by rnd 3 2012 ? :-k

Take the beautiful sunshine away from yesterday and the crowds would have been worse. [-X

The weather is more interesting than the NRL in Sydney.

Thank god for NZ and Brisbane! Otherwise your average would be more of a disgrace than it already is.

Oh and on the ratings, the second Friday night game didn't even make the top 20! The live game wasnt much chop either!

Sunday's game also failed to make the top 20! What were all the fans at the game?

provided there wasn't monsoonal rain like rnd 1..., both sydney crowds would have been a better
as people would not have gone out to enjoy a bit of rarely seen sunshine ... 2 of our smallest clubs ... both beach suburb sides playing at home on a 29c day .. against unappealing opponents ...
ova still 28K turn up

nice

ah no

brand new side
a tsunami no less ... representing an area the size of Western Australia according to **** VFL fans ...5 Million people at their disposal in this ... greater area west of sydney :-k .... not a handful of suburbs like Cronulla & the Roosters

they'd wanna do a whole lot better then 12K
look out if they don't

Sydney is RL heartland. If two Sydney teams can only muster 12k and that is referred to as a decent crowd then the second expansion team in a non heartland city, who will predominantly be playing against teams from other states, should be more than happy with that size crowd! =D>

I mean after all, the storm hardly get more than two AFL sides playing in Melbourne do they? More like about 1/4!

ah no
the Midgits have all of the area ... a greater area west of Sydney don't cha know
so its not just a non heartland area according to VFL types
they have it all .... from errrrr... Annandale to..... errrr Madagascer ? 8-[

or is it ... Ultimo to... Kenya :-k

oh anyway

it certainly is a greater western area .......

they have half of the Sthn Hemisphere
so they need to be doing better then a few suburbs in Eastern Sydney you'd think
