Are you suggesting Government departments often provide accurate and valid analysis?

Often a suggestion by someone on the ground so to speak is proven to be much more accurate than those based in Canberra.

And no doubt often the other way too. People on the ground often have a serious agenda to push.

And so does the govt. But back to the topic. I wouldnt mind knowing exactly what the govt agenda was in their collection of the misely numbers of PapuaNewGuinenans playing RL.

Even the ex PM of PNG said there was over 1 million RL players about 4 years ago, and at that time, RL couldn't be played in school and hadn't been for 50 years.

In the last couple of years, RL has been allowed back into schools and every school plays RL both boys and girls.
