It's up to him to prove it but he can have help, as I have allowed other members to contribute to cases who weren't originally involved.

Now correct me if I'm wrong but doesnt Beaussie have to provide evidence to the contrary? Seeing he is the challenger I thought he must put up a challenge. Otherwise its just a dead rubber right?

No, Beaussie has stated he is involved. The onus of proof though is on the claimant not the challenger.

Hey hey, when I'm fighting a BS file, I not only have to fight the other person involved, I end up having to fight all of you.

Every one of you AFL fans jump in as soon as I start getting on top and take the original claim away from where it was.
