Oh dear, GWS have more members than the Gold Coast Titans and the Gold Coast Suns have nearly triple the Titans membership base and have just about reached the Titans entire total for 2011 before the end of this year. Fucking hilarious.

The Gold Coast is clearly AFL heartland.

Last year's wooden spooners Gold Coast Titans are trailing in the Queensland membership race, with 3060 members committed to 2012 after having 8560 in 2011.

Funny how Raider has gone into hiding again just when we find out GWS is already bigger than the Gold Coast Titans without having even played a game.

The Suns meanwhile continue to dominate on the Gold Coast.

Hahaha, still find it hilarious how Raiderdave and co were making fun of the membership numbers of GWS after a few weeks of sales and now this. GWS have more members than the Gold Coast Titans.

Why can't you just admit that the AFL/Suns are the most popular sports clubs on the Gold Coast?

So the suns have about 4 times the members the titans claim to have.

3 possibilities:
1. there are 4 times the number of Victorians living on the Goldcoast

2. AFL fans are far more passionate than RL fans

3. QLD people support AFL as well =D>

According to TLPG's website point three is quite valid judging by the spread of AFL clubs throughout the state. Point two is absolutely correct.
